This is a most commonly asked question, and not always the easiest to answer. Elk hunting is typically tough, and some hunters enjoy the comforts of our camps more than others. However, due to our knowledge of the area, and the learned hunting methods, we are able to get most of our hunters their opportunity. We do not attempt to dictate trophy criteria to each hunter, as to the many variables in each individual equation. We do have some exceptional bulls in our area, but not all of the hunters want to experience the discomforts sometimes necessary in taking these animals. Fortunately we have a good population of quality bulls that are usually more accessible. Be honest when we ask your physical capabilities, personal preferences etc. This greatly aids us in customizing your hunt to each camp, dates, and hunting method employed.
